Our 2023-2024 Impact: Putting Positive Change at Our Core

That’s the vision AG Impact was founded on and it’s what drives us today.
As a women-owned, purpose-led consultancy, we help global clients and their suppliers to activate their purpose, communicate with clarity and empower positive change.
And this year, we rebranded from AG Comms to AG Impact, with a new name and voice to reflect everything we stand for.
In our 2023- 2024 Impact Report, we share how we’ve measured and delivered against our goals, the challenges we’ve faced along the way, and our plans for the future.
Some of the highlights we’re proud of include
- Supported 265 women and girls through mentoring, training and coaching – that’s 75% more than our original goal
- We eliminated all Scope 1 & 2 – achieving our near-term SBTi target six years early
- Planted 25,000 trees (preventing 189t of CO₂ being emitted)
- Achieved 100% Carbon Literacy across our team and 92% of our suppliers
- Donated £122,287 since 2020 to causes driving gender equality and climate action

It's been a busy year at AG and there's so much for us, and those we work with, to be incredibly proud of. Advocating for women, girls and women-owned business is our passion and sits at the heart of all we do. And this year I've seen the power that mentoring coaching , amplifying and getting alongside others can have. The world needs more of it.
