BetterYou, an innovative health supplements company, were looking for support with their first B Corp certification submission.
We worked closely with the team, providing guidance, identifying areas and opportunities to improve their score and engaging leadership and the wider organisation
What we did
- Coached the People and Culture lead through the end to end process providing guidance and reassurance
- Engaged the BetterYou leadership team on what data to collect and how to best manage the process
- Supported strategic planning on engaging the wider team
- Facilitated a series of meetings with the team to ensure requirements were understood and accurate data was provided
- Provided policy and survey templates and guidance where needed
to add over 10 points to predicted certification score

The impact
- We helped to identify additional Impact Business Models and opportunities to extend their predicted certification score by 10+
- BetterYou achieved B Corp status in September 2024 with a score of 94.2
