We collaborated with a global pharmaceutical division to create an exciting, short-term programme called ‘Digital First Week’. The goal was to encourage employees to adopt and embrace AI tools that would lead them to greater freedom and innovation to accelerate drug development.

Working closely with contributors from the organisation, we devised an interactive schedule, simplified booking, created a central SharePoint hub, WorkVivo updates and post-event storytelling. By concentrating activity into one high-impact week we were able to create great momentum amongst peers who encouraged one another to register and come to the sessions that took place.

1000+

unique attendees

900+

new users of the in-house AI catalogue

20,000+

dedicated website visits

One of the most successful aspects of the programme was that it catered for all levels of confidence and ability with AI. Over 100 contributors took part, split across four different workstreams, resulting in 8,700 session registrations and more than 1,000 unique attendees.

In the first three months since the programme finished, more than 900 unique users have opened the organisation’s catalogue of in-house AI tools, representing a significant uptick in curiosity and adoption.

AG Impact’s coordination of contributors, communications and stakeholder engagement was instrumental in making the week both inspiring and highly actionable for colleagues across PT&D in the important journey we have to transform the organisation’s data & AI maturity."
