My background
I have worked in Communications roles for over 25 years in both the public and private sectors and have a lot of experience working with global organisations to deliver strategic transformational change.
I support leaders and teams who are undergoing significant change in a true business partner role, providing advice, working alongside the teams, developing strategic communications including the development of values, mission and vision statements that encompass the aspirations of the teams I work with. I particularly enjoy working with senior leadership teams, understanding their motives for change and developing communications that move the dial on the delivery of transformation.
What I enjoy most about my work
I really enjoy understanding the drivers for change, getting to know and support on complex and challenging briefs alongside multi-disciplinary teams.
Business partnering is an amazing opportunity to be formative in transformation; I have the privilege of working with some fantastic leadership and programme teams – seeing change happen and the communications capability growing in teams is particularly enjoyable.

My hope for the future
I hope to support more businesses and teams as they embark on transformation & develop their internal capability. The opportunity to get in early and influence the direction a team is taking is really fulfilling and I am a massive advocate of being used as a business partner, understanding barriers and resistance is a great opportunity– and to build those client relationships is something I particularly value
